- How many photos will I receive?
- Depends on the assignment. For a typical 2-3 hour event we deliver around 80-150 selected, edited JPGs. Portrait sessions yield 20-40 images. RAW files are not included by default.
- What is the delivery turnaround?
- Standard 7-10 working days after the shoot. For PR or social media we can arrange express delivery within 24-48 hours — schedule this in advance.
- How do you handle privacy and GDPR at events?
- For events with identifiable individuals we place a short notice at the entrance or in the invitation. On request we deliver images with anonymised faces, or a process where guests can opt out beforehand.
- Who owns the rights to the photos?
- Copyright remains with Scolpa Fotografie (per our Terms). You receive a usage licence for the agreed scope: corporate media, website, social, or personal use. Exclusive rights are negotiable.
- Do you work with backup during a shoot?
- Yes. We shoot with dual memory cards so every photo is written to two media in real time. After the shoot we make an immediate 3-2-1 backup.
- What should I wear for a portrait session?
- Solid colours typically work best, busy patterns can be distracting. We discuss the purpose (LinkedIn, personal, application?) in advance so styling fits the goal.
- Do you photograph anywhere in the Netherlands?
- Yes, throughout the Netherlands. By arrangement also Belgium and Germany. Travel beyond 50 km is added to the quote.
- It's my first photo shoot — what should I keep in mind?
- Arrive relaxed. We take 10 minutes to get acquainted and discuss what feels comfortable. A good shoot is a conversation, not a procedure.
- Do you have professional liability insurance?
- Yes — professional liability via the DuPho industry collective.
